Our classes offer a gentle path to wellbeing — supporting those who wish to reduce stress, ease tension, improve balance, or reconnect with their body in a compassionate way. Wherever you are on your journey, there is a place for you. Through our three pathways — Discover, Develop, and Deepen — you can begin, grow, and continue your Tai Chi practice with increasing confidence and flow.

Discover the Practice offers a gentle and enjoyable introduction to Tai Chi Shibashi. These stand-alone sessions are designed to be enjoyed as a complete experience in themselves — perfect for visitors to the area, those on holiday, or anyone simply looking for a calming, restorative hour without committing to an ongoing course.
Each session provides gentle, low-impact movement to support both physical and mental wellbeing in a relaxed, welcoming environment. There is no progression from week to week, so you can join at any time and simply enjoy the experience.

Develop the Practice is a 6-week course guiding you through a progressive sequence of Tai Chi Shibashi Set 1 movements.
Over the weeks, you’ll build confidence, improve balance, and deepen your understanding of flow in a supportive, shared environment.
You’ll receive course materials to support your practice at home, and have the option to join a WhatsApp community for updates, additional outdoor sessions, and events.
After the course, you’re invited to continue with Deepen the Practice — ongoing sessions where you can settle into the rhythm of the movements and further develop your flow.

Deepen the Practice offers ongoing sessions to support your continued Tai Chi journey. Here, you’ll experience the full Shibashi sequence as a moving meditation, allowing the body to settle into rhythm and flow with greater ease and awareness. With minimal instruction, these sessions create space to refine your practice, build confidence, and deepen your connection to the movements in a calm, supportive environment.
Ideal for those who have completed the course or are familiar with the Shibashi Set 1 form. You’ll also remain connected through the WhatsApp community, with updates on sessions, outdoor practice opportunities, and shared experiences.
