The practice of Shibashi is so accessible, and I’ve grown stronger, more balanced, and more connected to myself - all through movements that feel soothing, energising, and deeply grounding.

Cultivating Qi participant, 2025

Our courses and classes are ideal for anyone seeking a gentle path to wellbeing: those wishing to reduce stress, ease tension, improve balance, or reconnect with their body in a compassionate way.

Current Courses

All of our current courses run in relaxed six-week Cultivating Qi journeys, where you’ll learn Set 1 Shibashi form gently, step by step, and gradually deepen your connection to body, breath, and inner calm. Each week we explore a few movements at a time, taking the opportunity to enjoy their benefits and build your confidence. By week six, you’ll be able to move comfortably through the full 18-step sequence.
